For example, when people are looking into the animal husbandry production systems on how that affect the environment, they also start looking at different meats on how they impact health issues as well. And in the United States, there’s a big concern about being overweight and people eating too much and gaining weight, and certainly that’s not good for health. So, the issue of animal husbandry is related to many different concerns: environmental issues and human health issues.”
