I'm going to give you a very, very extraordinary story. One of the greatest Saints on our planet, Lord Mahavira. Here, we begin from the birth of Lord Mahavira. He's the most compassionate, one of the most compassionate, Saints and Masters of our era, I mean, our kalpa, our period of time. At that time, so many Masters were coming and going. Buddha was also around this time. It must have been a very spiritually enriched era of our time. “About 2594 years ago...” “During the period of Lord Parshvanath, the feudal system of rule prevailed in India. However, the beginnings of the democratic system had started appearing on the political scene.” “After His Nirvana, Maharaji Chetak, a strong follower of the Parshva Tradition, was the president of the Vaishali Republic and the federation.” “In the Jain literature, Maharaji Chetak has been mentioned as Videgraj; his sister, Trishla, as Videhdinna.” So, that means they had a long lineage. They came from a long lineage of royalty and famous families of that time. They introduced that, so that we would see, maybe, with such good energy, good atmosphere, that breed the ground that bloomed the blessing of a great Saint to come.
