Today we have another wonderful tip from our Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai:
"Hey. Hope you’re all doing well. Nice to see you again today after the last tip of the day. I have some new for you. There are many herbs that can be turned into tea for healthy, cleansing, refreshing enjoyment, either alone or mixed with other herbs or and tea.
Here are some of my favorites: 1. Perilla. Perilla alone or with Aulacese (Vietnamese) coriander; 2. Perilla and fisher mint; 3. Basil; 4. Peppermint; 5. Peppermint with jasmine green tea; etc… You can try them and find out what’s your favorite. Enjoy with your loved ones while in or out of lockdown. Looking forward with you to better days ahead. God love.
Of course, don’t forget to sweeten your tea, if you like, with agave syrup or maple syrup from the maple tree, or your favorite sweetener, healthy one, organic one. Choose organic whenever you can. Enjoy! Love love."
