A recent polling average by US media network Fox News shows President Donald Trump leading in six of the seven states that will likely determine the outcome of the 2024 US presidential election. He is also in front by an average of four points with independent voters in those states. His campaign has garnered more approval among urban, Black, and college-educated voters than four years ago. Additionally, in a poll by the respected American newspaper, The Wall Street Journal, swing state voters have more confidence in President Trump’s ability to deal with their top concerns: the economy and immigration.
