Chop one block of tofu into cubes and place them in a bowl. Then add in two teaspoons (10 grams) of smoked paprika, one-fourth teaspoon (1.5 grams) each of ground black pepper and salt and stir gently until well mixed. Place the cubes in the air fryer set at 400 degrees Fahrenheit (205 degrees Celsius) for 10 to 15 minutes, remembering to shake them a little midway through. If you opt to use the oven, bake on each side for 15 minutes or until desired crispiness at 475 degrees Fahrenheit (245 degrees Celsius) on a baking sheet or parchment paper.
