I would like to share a tip on how to make Delicata squash fries. First, wash and dry your squash. Cut the ends off and slice the squash in half lengthwise. Then scrape the seeds out and cut it into 0.5 to 1.25 centimeter thick slices. Preheat the oven to 260 degrees Celsius.Set the squash pieces onto a baking sheet evenly so they are not touching. Drizzle just enough oil on the fries to lightly coat both sides. Sprinkle on some salt and bake for 10 minutes.
