In today’s news, Norway continues contributions to humanitarian support in Afghanistan. Study finds climate connection between Indian and Pacific oceans is weakening, Egypt blocks social media accounts for children, Indonesian project helps inspire hunters to become protectors, policeman rescues teen in distress at New Zealand beach, UK vegan food brand launches ready-to-eat BBQ pulled pork-style shreds, and sight restored to elderly chimpanzee-fellow in the US through cataract surgery.

We all know that forming good sleep patterns is important for optimal health. Here is a tip on how to fall back asleep after waking up at night. If noise from outside or another source is disturbing your sleep, try closing the window, or using earplugs. If you have been awake for up to fifteen minutes, consider getting out of bed and moving to another room to do something quiet and relaxing, such as reading a few pages of a book. Then return to bed when you feel sleepy. Avoid watching the clock since this can increase anxiety about not sleeping. Turn off smartphones, tablets, televisions, and other electronic devices each night before sleeping. Notifications and other sounds can interrupt your sleep, while the light from screens may interfere with melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate your sleep-wake cycle. Try meditation or breathing exercises, which may help calm your mind and relax your body, making it easier to fall back asleep. Lastly, a full-body relaxation exercise or mental body scan can help release physical tension.

Now, it’s time to put on those hilarity roller skates and go for a spin as the joke is already here, called “Dad Tries Yoga.”

Dad tried an online yoga class for the first time while his son, Leo, watched.

“Breathe in calmly and release all your tension. Now bend forward and touch your toes.”

“I can’t even reach my toes!”

“You may not have found calm, Dad, but you definitely found the tension.”?!

And now we have a heartline in Hindi, with multiple-language subtitles, from Chavvi in India
