I felt like the gym was something I had to do and go and get through to be healthy. After I switched to a vegan diet, I noticed much more energy in my workouts. I noticed my body started changing. I started getting more muscly, looking more toned, and being stronger.

We kind of assembled this with several other people, and we flew out to Austin, Texas, and competed in the Naturally Fit Super Show, which is a bodybuilding and multi-sport event there in the summer.
