European Union (EU) aids flood-affected nations.
The EU is providing €2 million to flood victims in Bangladesh and India, after extremely heavy rains in June 2022. Many sadly lost their family members, houses and sources of income, with millions displaced and without clean water and food. Of the total amount, €1.2 million was sent to Bangladesh and €800,000 to the severely affected state of Assam in northeastern India. Additionally, Bangladesh Red Crescent Society teams provided food packages, health care services, tarpaulins, jerrycans along with hygiene and dignity kits to victims. In June, Supreme Master Ching Hai humbly contributed US$30,000 each to flood relief efforts in Bangladesh and India, asking our local Association members to distribute aid. Our Association members in Bangladesh packed basic food items such as dates, flattened rice, puffed rice, sugar, vegan cookies as well as oral rehydration salt and brought them by boat to remote areas that had not yet received any assistance. The European Union is a recipient of four Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Peace, and a Shining World Leadership Award for Earth Protection; as well as a laureate of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism and Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Unconditional World Care and True Caring. Scientist cautions global warming could be causing penguin-persons to die en masse in New Zealand.
In June 2022, 183 kororā-people, also known as little blue penguin-persons, were found dead on Ninety Mile Beach in New Zealand’s North Island. Graeme Taylor, Principal Science Advisor of the country’s Department of Conservation, estimated that since May 2022, over 500 of the native seabird-individuals have sadly perished in the region, and the number of casualties could reach 1,000. Preliminary findings revealed that the penguin-folk died of starvation and hypothermia. Mr. Taylor alerted that such mass die-off events have occurred more frequently in the last decade, possibly due to the climate crisis, which resulted in warming waters and disruptions in food supply. He fears that frequent occurrences of such fatal events will lead to the species’ population decline. Many thanks for the concerning warning, Graeme Taylor. Hallo, brilliant viewers, I am Dele, a vegan chef from the Black Panther kingdom! My heart is my temple where I sing praise to God and the whole creation. And following the loving path is an expression of my devotion. Today, I have a tip on how to make soft flatbread! Attach the dough hook onto your stand mixer, then combine one cup (236 milliliters) of warm water, two cups (256 grams) of flour, one teaspoon (5.7 grams) of yeast, one tablespoon (15 milliliters) of olive oil and one teaspoon (5.7 grams) of salt in the bowl and mix for 5 minutes. Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes if you are doing it by hand. Set the dough in an oiled bowl and cover it with a damp kitchen or tea towel. Allow the dough to rise for approximately one hour until it has doubled. Then split the dough into 6 to 8 portions, cover it with a damp towel, and let it rise again for another 10 minutes. Roll out each piece of dough evenly into circles, about 6 to 8 inches (152 to 203 millimeters) in diameter. Next, dry fry them using a hot skillet or electric griddle for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until they are slightly brown and have expanded a bit. Raise the level of your heat if they are taking too long to cook so that they don’t dry out. Place a clean tea towel on a wire rack and stack the cooked flatbread on top of each other to keep them soft. Bon appétit! Healthcare organization in United States develops reusable protective gown.
The Inova Health System, in the state of Virginia near Washington DC, recently shared its success in creating a reusable isolation gown for frontline medical staff. When the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, the five hospitals in the organization were in short supply of disposable gowns, along with other personal protective equipment, and the gowns’ use generated 213 metric tons of waste prior to 2020. However, a sports apparel manufacturer was contracted to produce a better alternative. The company successfully developed a model that can be cleaned and reused up to 100 times and is safer, easier to use, and also more sustainable. City in Netherlands supports creating housing for Ukrainian refugees.
The Vlaardingen city council, with financial support from the national government, will build new houses for those displaced from Ukraine. The village will consist of 409 new homes meant to be occupied for the next four to five years, with each house containing one, two, or three bedrooms, and accommodating a total of 762 residents. Public facilities, including playgrounds as well as a childcare center, primary school, medical center, and gym will be built in the residential area. Vlaardingen has, up to now, welcomed 200 Ukrainian people, half of whom are with host families, and the rest are in temporary accommodations. The Netherlands is a recipient of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism and a Shining World Leadership Award for Compassion, as well as a laureate of Shining World Leadership Awards for Animal Protection, Compassion, Earth Guardian, and Humanitarianism. Co-workers of Nevada, USA, man save his life by performing CPR.
Following a heart attack that caused cardiac arrest, Dan Oberlander’s colleagues at the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, and then first responders, performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on him for 13 minutes. Next, the paramedics dashed the non-responsive man to the University Medical Center of Southern Nevada, where Dr. Chowdhury Ahsan and his team opened Mr. Oberlander’s blocked artery and provided supportive measures to restore his heart function. According to Dr. Colonel Jeremy Kilburn, a pulmonary critical care physician, it was Mr. Oberlander’s “high quality” cardiopulmonary resuscitation that saved his life. Such wonderful news that you received timely, vital treatment, Dan Oberlander. A hero’s salute, Nevada Attorney General’s Office staff and the first responders involved, in helping to save a precious life. German vegan brand opens facility to produce plant-based seafood alternative.
Veganz Group which established the first vegan supermarket in Europe in 2011, now has a factory devoted to manufacturing plant-based vegan salmon in Neubrandenburg, Germany. This is its second production facility, with the first one making vegan cheese. The new plant-based Veganz Salmon Style Slices are made with algae and contain 2.3 grams of omega-3 fatty acids per 100 gram serving, even more than in its animal-people-based counterpart. Additionally, it has a lower carbon footprint without any cruelty to salmon-persons. The company also plans to open the Veganz Food Factory in 2023, a larger plant that will produce its plant-based alternative cheese, meat, and seafood. Way to go, Veganz Group, on expanding your variety of delicious vegan items. May your delectable plant-based foods be embraced by many more people as the vegan diet becomes the only one in our beautiful world, in the gentle guidance of the Divine.
Cali the pit bull-person a great help at animal-people sanctuary.
Cali’s human mom, Charli Sotiriou, the founder and sole manager of The Arc Animal Sanctuary in Lefkada, Greece, calls her “the mother of all animals.” Cali’s excellent mothering skills inspired Charli to begin rescuing other animal-people besides dog-persons. This sweet pit bull-girl has been providing love and nurturing to the animal baby residents, including duckling-people and a piglet prince and princess since they were very young. The animal babies just feel that she is their mother. Flick and Flower are piglets who were rescued from a slaughterhouse at two weeks old and brought to Ms. Sotiriou’s vegan rescue. Cali taught the babies to love and trust as they were very scared of people. Big kudos, Cali, for being an amazing mother to vulnerable animal babies. Much appreciation, Charli Sotiriou, for giving safe refuge to precious animal friends. May all beings thrive together in a kind vegan world, in God’s Harmony.

Beloved Master, I would like to share this inner experience that I had before receiving the news of Your new book “Love is The Only Solution.”
I saw myself in Hsihu Ashram. There were several people around listening to Master, and some of us were walking a little further from the meeting place.
Suddenly I felt myself turning back and there I saw some men with reptilian features in front of the people who were there. Their vibration was cold and the color of their skin was between greenish and gray. They were wearing opaque suits and they did not appear to have good intentions.
In that moment, suddenly, I was transported to the meeting place where Master was - very close, and it was there that Master began to teach us about Love. Master said, “Love is the most powerful force in the Universe. You have the potential to develop it to its fullest expression.”
While listening to Master’s words, at the same time, I observed how the energy of Love that came from these words was driving away those men with reptilian features. They disappeared completely.
Then, I saw myself crossing Hsihu Ashram and going to New Land Ashram through a garden, through a wide passage of vegetation. I passed a fence, and at that moment it was told to me, inside, that the places are connected.
In the New Land Ashram, I saw what looked like a very large portal. While there, I also saw some monks and nuns telling me that I will receive a confirmation from above. They pointed up with their hand, referring to Master. At that moment, I wondered what it was about or what they were referring to. And immediately, I appeared next to the Master, and She turned Her face towards me while gently closing Her eyes, and I felt a lot of Blessings. It was a magical moment. I felt Her Divine transmission of Love.
The next day, I received information about Master’s new book “Love is The Only Solution.”
Thank You, Master, for all Your Love and Blessings that You give to all the inhabitants of this planet every day that You are here among us.
